About
Trepidation is an interactive narrative game where players must uncover the truth of the homeowner by exploring a mysterious house. Players are challenged to reach the basement by finding clues and items, in order to learn a dark history behind the environment.
Development COntribution
Gameplay Programming - Developed the interaction system of picking up and investigating objects, as well as trigger certain actions, such as opening doors and turning on light switches. Developed the scripted events of unlocking areas through the use of using keys and keypads.
UI Programming - Created a minimalist UI system of displaying certain objectives when completing a task and displaying objects that are interactive in the scene.
Art COntribution
Modeling/Texturing - Created all of the models and textures for the first floor of the environment using Maya, Houdini, Substance Painter, and Substance Designer.
Lighting - Did all of the lighting throughout the scene.
